HOW TO SECURE A PRE-BOOKING
- To secure a pre-booking, the guest must deposit 40% of the total booking price either via a wire transfer or with a valid debit or credit card.
- Any bank or other merchant fees charged for debit or credit card transactions are paid by the guest.
- If the deposit is not received within 48 hours of the tentative booking, we reserve the right to accept a deposit from another guest without further notice.
- By paying a deposit we automatically assume that a guest has read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions.
- A contract is produced between us and the guest within 72 hours from the day the deposit is made. This contract is sent by us to the guest via email and the guest has to sign it and send it to us scanned, along with his/her passport.
HOW TO CANCEL A BOOKING AFTER THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN MADE
- If a guest cancels the booking for ANY REASON at least 60 days before the booking, then he will be refunded with his/her deposit by 100*%.
- If a guest cancels the booking for ANY REASON at least 30 days before the booking, then he will be refunded with his/her deposit by 50*%.
- All reservations where the guest does not proceed in paying off the full amount by the date agreed in the guest’s contract (usually 30 days before arrival), are automatically canceled by the system. In this case, no refunds are made.
- Regarding cancellations, the only exception which will result in a full guest refund of any amounts paid is the inability of the guests to arrive at Mykonos due to their Country’s Official Restrictions to travel to Greece (see Special Terms below)
- REGARDLESS OF THE REASON, if a cancellation is made within the last 14 days before arrival, no refund can be given to the guest whatsoever.
- Refunds are executed by us via a wire transfer within three working days from the day of the cancellation.
- All refunds fulfilling the conditions above, can either be made in money or in the form of a credit voucher.
- All cancellations must be made in writing, with a simple email to our reservation@mykonos.luxury email address
HOW TO CANCEL A BOOKING AFTER FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE
- Written cancellations received via email 60 days or more before arrival will result in a 100%* refund of the total payment.
- Written cancellations received between 59 days to 30 days before arrival will result in 75% refund of the total payment.
- Written cancellations received via email between 29 days to 14 days before arrival will result in a 50% refund of the total payment.
- Cancellations made due to non-payment by the guest will result in no refund whatsoever.
- Regarding cancellations, the only exception which will result in a full guest refund of any amounts paid is the inability of the guests to arrive at Mykonos due to their Country’s Official Restrictions to travel to Greece (See Special Terms below)

RELOCATION OF A GUEST
Mykonos Luxury holds the right to relocate the guests without prior notification, should the company trace any faults in the villa rented, or in the villa management. Mykonos Luxury can also relocate the guests should the company be informed of any issues that might derive from the functionality of the property. Any relocation should and must be proven to have been realised from the original property to a property of the same style and budget, or higher, i.e. a villa upgrade.
SPECIAL GLOBAL CONDITIONS & CANCELLATIONS RELATED TO TRAVELLING RESTRICTIONS

- Our Special Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings that must be cancelled because local governments have enacted laws that restrict travel to Greece. Country’s Official Restrictions to travel to Greece can be for example Covid Restrictions or Russia-Ukraine war-related Restrictions.
- All payments for bookings cancelled at any time up to 14 days before arrival can be refunded.
- All refunds fulfilling the conditions above, can either be made in money or in the form of a Credit Voucher.
- A Credit Voucher is available for use with any other booking of any other villa, yacht or service provided by us and is valid for 36 months from the cancellation date.
- Credit Vouchers are transferable to other guests/names.
- All cancellations must be made in writing, with a simple email to our reservation@mykonos.luxury email address
- Finally, and REGARDLESS OF THE REASON, if a cancellation is made within the last 14 days before arrival, no refund can be given to the guest whatsoever.
